Description
This is my precious pendant. Have had it for about 15 years and feel naked without it.
Wolf's Cross or Wolfscross, is a design recovered from the Foss, Iceland area and felt to date from about 900 A.D..
The Wolf's Cross is thought to be a cross between a representation the Viking god of thunder, Thor's Hammer and an ancient Christian cross. As such it was a symbol of the power of a warrior king. The Wolf's Cross may have been worn in protest against the Christian conversions.

I personally LOVE looking at different cross designs like these. I once saw a cross similar to this, except the cord connected to the pendent at the shorter end (possibly focusing more on Christianity?) and it had the wolffish head at the bottom.
